It's great news for Led Zeppelin fans - a new three-minute montage of footage from the band's March 16, 1973 show at the 16,000-capacity Wiener Stadthalle in Austria has just been posted to Led Zeppelin archivists LedZepFilm's YouTube page.

The film was originally shot by Mead Eblan, and the footage was scanned in by Nicki Coyle, a preservationist at The Negative Space in Littleton, CO.

The montage was spliced together from short clips, so the music is somewhat fragmented, but Robert Plant is clearly in a playful mood, telling the audience that Vienna has "good groupies!"

This montage is now the earliest known footage from the band's legendary show.
