Elton John has had quite the health journey so far, and he recently opened up about having a lot of body parts removed. But, the music icon is wearing one of these previously removed parts like a badge of honour.

At the premiere of his new biopic, Never Too Late, at the BFI London Film Festival, Elton showed up wearing one very noticeable, shall we say bone-chilling, accessory. Us Weekly reports that the singer was wearing a necklace prominently showcasing his old kneecap.

The kneecap looks like it has been outlined along the edge in gold, and hanging on a gold bone-like chain. See said necklace below.

Elton shared, "To be honest with you, there's not much of me left. I don't have tonsils, adenoids or an appendix. I don't have a prostate." He added, "I don't have a right hip or a left knee or a right knee. In fact, the only thing left to me is my left hip. But I’m still here. And I can't thank you [enough], you’re the people that made me. I want to thank David and Zachary and Elijah for making me the happiest man in the world."

Elton John: Never Too Late will be released for streaming on Disney+ this December 13.
