A luxurious space balloon with world-class amenities is now taking bookings for next year.

The Spaceship Neptune-Excelsior test capsule will be elevated to an altitude exceeding 100,000 feet using a massive “SpaceBalloon,”. The unique experience will be available to up to 8 passengers per journey, each paying US$125,000.

Premium food and beverage service are promised as well as custom headphones, Wi-Fi and - perhaps more importantly on a 6-hour trip - access to “a proper restroom”, according to the company.
